Combining digital art and technology with props building and engineering prowess
Collaborating with Selfridges on the production, prop making and engineering aspects of the New Order campaign, Propability created various elements for each of the windows. The scheme offers a post-apocalyptic view of fashion that combines digital art and technology with otherworldly, dystopian and utopian landscapes .
In one window, Propability created a large oval shaped table structure for the ‘See the future of fabric blossom’ composition. Here the table was created in mild steel and polished to look like a brushed steel finish. The tubes underneath the table were created in acrylic with the trough like design communicating the idea that there is some sort of eco system responsible for growing blue plants and foliage. In addition the floor was also created by Propability using jesmonite tiles.
